Prager Straße
Prager Straße is the pedestrian street that runs from the Wiener Platz in front of the Hauptbahnhof towards the old town.
What it is
The city calls it the Fußgängerzone Prager Straße.
History
The street was heavily destroyed in the air raids of February 1945.
The Rundkino
The Rundkino, a round cinema on the street, was built from 1970 to 1972 to plans by Gerhard Landgraf. It is a listed monument, a round building 20 metres high.
